about maintenance

If you love your tinyhome, maintenance is the best way to show it.

URBAN DESIGN : Colorsteel exterior, washing it down from time to time is important, especially
if you’re near the coast. Any scratches of the paint finish are best touched up.

COUTRY DESIGN : Wooden exteriors always require a good cleaning and oiling every couple of
years, or as required depending on climate and location.

GENERAL : Air pressure in the tyres, tyre covers. Cleaning guttering and any debris from the
rooftop. Keep underneath your tinyhome well vented and clear of any weeds or foliage, and don’t setup over damp ground.

Please observe good safety practices when carrying out any maintenance work, do not take risks. If working on the roof you will require edge protection or scaffolding. For more info : Worksafe

SETUP : Before you have us build your tinyhome, think about transporting and location. Take into account the location from the POV of ground quality, water and sunlight, and consider if any trees threaten your dwelling safety or transportation access.
